£180 cheaper than Argos
Same BTU rating as the Argos model but nearly £200 less. Checked the specs twice to make sure I wasn't missing something. Arrived in 3 days, works perfectly. Should have bought direct from the start.
Plug-in portable AC that actually works. No installation, no landlord permission, no £3,000 quotes. Just effective cooling.

Traditional AC costs £3,000+ to install. Big-box portables cost £600 but barely cool. We source direct, test every unit, and charge what it’s actually worth.

Sceptical about portable AC after a cheap one failed last summer. This one dropped my bedroom from 28°C to 21°C in about 40 minutes. Keeps it comfortable all night. Finally sleeping properly during heatwaves.
Renting so couldn't install a split system. Took this out of the box, stuck the hose in the window bracket, plugged it in. Cooling in under 10 minutes. Moved it between bedroom and lounge all week – dead easy.
Checked my smart meter – costs about 80p per day to run for 6-8 hours. The eco mode cuts that down further. Much more affordable than I thought it'd be, especially compared to leaving windows open and buying fans.
Not silent, but quieter than my previous portable unit. On eco mode it's about as loud as a fridge humming. Sleep mode drops it further. I'm a light sleeper and it doesn't bother me at all.
Asked before buying if this was genuine stock with manufacturer warranty. Confirmed yes, and the paperwork inside proved it. Had a question about the remote and UK support answered same day. Peace of mind matters.
