1. About these terms

These terms and conditions apply to every order placed through the online shop of ACPorta ("we", "us", "the Seller") by any customer ("you", "the Customer"). By placing an order you accept these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

3. Products

The products offered are those shown on the site at the time you view it, subject to availability. The main characteristics of each product are set out on its product page. Images are illustrative and slight variations may occur.

4. Price

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged on our supplies. Delivery charges are shown before you complete your order and are charged in addition. We may change prices at any time, but the price applicable to your order is the one displayed when you place it.

5. How the contract is formed

The display of products on the site is an invitation to treat, not an offer. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an email confirming that the goods have been dispatched.

6. Payment

Payment is due when you place your order. Accepted payment methods are shown during checkout. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider.

7. Delivery

Unless stated otherwise, we deliver within the timescales shown on the site. Full details are on our Delivery page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

8. Right to cancel

As a consumer you have 14 days to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Full details are on our Right to cancel page.

9. Your statutory rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If goods are faulty you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund. If you notify us of a fault within 30 days of delivery, you have the short-term right to reject the goods for a full refund. These rights are in addition to any manufacturer's guarantee.

10. Complaints and governing law

Please raise any complaint with us at the email address above; we aim to respond within 14 days. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may instead bring proceedings in your local courts.
