2. What we collect

2.1 When you browse the site

When you visit our site, your browser automatically sends certain information, which is stored temporarily in log files:

  • the date and time of access;
  • the name and URL of the file requested;

2.2 When you place an order

When you order, we collect the data needed to perform the contract (name, delivery and billing address, email address, telephone number and payment details). The lawful basis is performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR).

2.3 When you contact us

If you contact us by email or through a form, we keep your details in order to handle your enquiry. The lawful basis is pre-contractual steps and our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) UK GDPR).

3. Purposes

We use your data to process and fulfil orders, for invoicing, customer service, to meet our legal and accounting obligations and — where you have consented — to send marketing communications.

4. Who we share it with

We share your data only with processors and suppliers necessary to provide the service (our shop hosting provider, payment providers and couriers). We never sell your data.

5. How long we keep it

Order data is kept for as long as needed to perform the contract and to satisfy our legal obligations (HMRC requires records to be kept for six years). Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.
